Age verification & legal compliance

  • You must be 21 or older to place an order.
  • By ordering, you confirm that hemp-derived products are legal where you live and where your order ships.
  • It's your responsibility to check the laws in your state and city before ordering. Munchiez isn't liable for orders shipped to places where these products are restricted or prohibited.
  • We may cancel any order that doesn't meet these requirements.

Order processing

  • Orders usually process within 1–2 business days.
  • During busy periods, processing can take up to 3–4 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Shipping methods

  • Standard: USPS Ground Advantage, about 5–8 business days after your order ships. Free on orders over $100.
  • Priority: USPS Priority Mail, about 3 business days after your order ships. Free on orders over $150.
  • Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging.
  • Delivery estimates come from USPS and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking & notifications

  • We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • By sharing your contact details at checkout, you agree to receive order updates by email or text.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.
  • We can only change an address before our team has processed your order.
  • Munchiez isn't responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Shipping restrictions

We don't ship internationally. Because of state laws, we can't ship THCA products to Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

Carrier responsibility

Once USPS picks up your package, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. Munchiez isn't responsible for packages the carrier marks as delivered.

Lost in transit

A package counts as lost if it was never marked as delivered and 5 business days have passed since its last tracking update. Contact us within 15 days of the last tracking update to open a claim.
